Alena Čechtická specialises in employment law, in which she provides comprehensive advice on both individual and collective employment relationships, including the representation of clients in legal disputes. A significant part of her practice also focuses on contract law, in particular lease relationships, as well as advisory services in commercial, civil and family law, and legal relations concerning real estate.
She has provided legal services to international retail chains, major manufacturers and other companies in the automotive, retail, construction and pharmaceutical sectors. She regularly represents both companies and individuals in employment disputes.
