Legal due diligence of real estate and project companies is conducted for sellers, buyers, and financing institutions, with our active participation in structuring transactions. We prepare and negotiate contractual documentation and represent clients at every stage of the transaction, including the signing of all related documents.


We support clients in the sale, purchase, and lease of real estate, including land, houses, apartments, and cooperative shares. We represent them in proceedings before the cadastral and building authorities and before the courts. We work closely with notaries, bailiffs, experts, and other real estate professionals. In real estate transactions, we also reliably arrange and administer escrow for purchase prices and documents.

Our lawyers support buyers and sellers in the implementation of real estate transactions, from risk assessment and transaction structure to closing the transaction and settling obligations. Developers and retail chains

We work with developers and retail chains on the preparation and implementation of development projects, including the legal aspects of land acquisition, construction, future contracts, easements, and the subsequent use of real estate, including leases. We provide ongoing legal advice throughout the entire duration of the project.
