Our specialists support companies in drafting and reviewing employment and executive contracts, internal policies and incentive schemes. They also assist employers with terminations, including collective redundancies, organisational changes, workplace accidents, communication with the labour inspectorate, and employee disputes, while helping to implement processes that are both legally sound and practical.

We advise individuals on starting and ending employment, negotiating terms and resolving disputes with employers. We approach every case with clarity, discretion and a focus on finding a solution tailored to the client’s specific situation.

Employers

Our specialists provide legal support to employers in setting up and managing employment relationships, including the preparation of employment and management contracts and internal guidelines. We advise on organizational changes, collective dismissals, termination of employment relationships and represent clients in labour disputes and inspection.

Employees and managers

We represent employees and managers in negotiating working conditions, assessing the validity of notices and immediate terminations of employment, asserting employment claims and resolving employment disputes. We help clients protect their rights and find effective solutions to disputed situations.

International companies

Our team assists international companies and groups with cross-border labour law issues, posting of employees, harmonization of labour law documentation and setting up internal processes in accordance with Czech and European law. We provide ongoing advice on managing labour law risks within group structures.
